Job Vacancy: Office Administrator (3 days per week)

Location: Rotterdam, WTC


Are you a meticulous and proactive administrative professional? Do you have experience in invoice processing, familiarity with Exact software, and the ability to monitor payments? If so, we are looking for you! Our dynamic company is seeking an Office Adminsitrator to join our team.


Job Description: As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks. You will work closely with colleagues and support daily operations. If you possess strong organizational skills and a passion for administrative work, we encourage you to apply and become part of our team. Your duties will include:


Invoice Processing:

- Handling incoming and outgoing invoices.

- Maintaining accurate financial records.


Experience with Exact Software:

- Proficiency in using Exact software is essential. 

- Comfortably working with financial data and generating reports.


Payment Monitoring:

- Verifying and tracking outstanding payments.

- Communicating with clients and suppliers regarding payment status.


Debtor/Creditor Management:

- Creating new debtor and creditor records in the system.

- Maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers.


Insurance Administration:

- Assisting with insurance policy management.

- Archiving relevant documentation.


Inventory Administration (a plus):

- If you have experience with inventory management, it’s a bonus.

- Recording incoming and outgoing goods.


Logistical Support (a plus):

- Supporting logistics processes, such as order processing and shipping.


Mail and Packages (a plus):

- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.


Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative tasks, preferably in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Vacancy: Supply Chain Assistant


Location: Rotterdam



Job Description: As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Back Office team. What makes this role unique is your involvement in the total Supply Chain: Logistics, Procurement, Sales and Customer Service. You provide essential support to our teams, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:


Monitoring Daily Business: Keep a close eye on daily operations to ensure all processes run smoothly and adapt on daily challenges to help out customers.


Managing Transport & Shipments: Coordinate transportation solutions that are both cost-effective and efficient. Handle the logistics of shipments, ensuring these are delivered on time and in perfect condition.


Closing Deals: Engage with our existing customer base to finalize deals and foster long-term relationships with global key-accounts. This is not only focused on Sales but you are determining the total Supply Chain for each deal you make by closing deals with suppliers, customers and shippers.


Stock Oversight: Oversee stock levels to prevent shortages and ensure timely replenishment.


Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics and/or sales support roles.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with logistics software.

  • Minimal MBO bachelor degree.
